On Friday I did a straightforward restoration day of slightly below 20 km. I simply did a tempo that felt comfy, which was fairly sluggish (posted on Strava right here). This trip did put me over 600 km for march to this point, which was a Strava problem I’d signed up for. Yesterday I used to be again to regular so did an extended trip of about 57 km. Each Friday’s and yesterday’s trip had been on my recumbent.
