  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C). Line a muffin pan with 6 muffin liners; evenly coat with spray.

  2. Add banana to a medium mixing bowl; mash with a fork. Add Shakeology, eggs, applesauce, cranberries, orange peel, and baking soda. Stir to mix.

  3. Divide batter evenly amongst ready muffin liners.

  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clear.

  5. Whereas cupcakes bake, add cream cheese, almond milk, and sugar to a small mixing bowl; beat to mix.

  6. Let cupcakes cool fully. Divide cream cheese frosting evenly amongst cupcakes. Refrigerate leftovers in an hermetic container for as much as 4 days or freeze for as much as 1 month.
